Attention Bank Draft Customers: Several of you have requested that their bills be drafted on the due date, rather than being drafted 5 days after the bill is mailed. In an effort to honor that request, beginning with the March 2011 billing cycles, we will begin drafting payments on the due date, rather than the 5th day after the bill is mailed. Your due date is printed on your bill as “Past Due Date”, just below the “Drafted-No Balance” message in the green bar.

If you are not signed up for automatic bank draft, but would like to participate, enrollment is easy! Simply sign the bank draft authorization form on the back of this month's bill and return it with your payment. Starting with your next bill, your balance due will automatically be drafted from your checking account on the due date. No more checks, no more stamps, no more worries about remembering to pay the electric bill!
