- Outages can be a major concern, especially in the cold winter months. Get initial outage alerts through our trusted energy dashboard, IntelaHome®. Log in to your Customer Portal and click on IntelaHome to create an account. Sign up for text and email alerts by going to the Settings tab. Only initial alerts are sent out through IntelaHome. Message and data rates may apply.
- For follow-up and restoration updates, visit the NRLP homepage or our social media platforms on Facebook, Instagram and X.
- Keep up to date on your usage and bills by visiting the Customer Portal or downloading the NRLP Connect mobile app.
- Find winter energy tips, safety information and more in the NRLP Resource Center.
- Our office will be closed from Wednesday, Dec. 25 through Friday, Dec. 27 and will resume regular hours on Monday, Dec. 30. We will also close on Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025.
