NRLP's service territory remains fully restored to all safe and habitable structures. Crews continue to inspect and repair infrastructure and remove vegetation and other debris that pose a concern.

NRLP crews continue to support Blue Ridge Energy's restoration efforts to get our neighbors' lights back on. We are proud of our lineworkers and technicians who have worked tirelessly since the storm and continue to do so.

Customer service updates:

  • Customer service is open regular business hours of Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Our lobby is open. Snacks and water are available, and the EV charging station is always free of charge to use.
  • If you have been displaced and need to disconnect service, please contact customer service if able. No connection fees will be applied to displaced customers who need to start service at another location within our service area or customers who have temporarily disconnected and will return.
