Our line crews are ready to respond to all outages as  quickly and safely as possible, 24/7. Please note that our Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) alerts our crews of any service disruptions in real time. Even if you do not receive a response to your outage report during outside business hours, our crews are immediately notified and respond as soon as it is safe to do so. Outage updates are available on our social media, including Facebook, Instagram and X (formerly Twitter). Prolonged outages, while rare, will be listed on the NRLP homepage in addition to social media.
