2023 Customer Survey

Your Feedback Matters

Between February and May, 2023, Appalachian State University's New River Light and Power (NRLP) conducted a survey among its customers. The purpose of this survey was to measure consumer satisfaction levels and opinions, as well as identify opportunities for improvement.

The digital survey was be conducted by the Maru Group ("Maru"), a professional research firm. The survey was distributed via QR code, as well as through links on NRLP Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter pages, as well as on the company website.

Maru maintains the anonymity of respondents to surveys the firm conducts. No information will be released that might, in any way, reveal the identity of any customer that participates in the survey.
